Karine Boily has practiced in the insurance litigation industry since she was called to the Bar in 2000. She has built a solid reputation in the industry, for both the quality of her services and the quality of her interaction with the various stakeholders.
Having pleaded numerous cases both in the courts of first instance and the Court of Appeal, she particularly appreciates trials, while promoting alternative dispute resolution solutions.
In the area of insurance litigation, she acts both for the plaintiffs and for the defense, in various files of professional, manufacturer’s and municipal liability, as well as in commercial, transport, construction, fire and bodily injury matters.
