Émile Janda works in civil and commercial litigation, more specifically in insurance law, including civil and professional liability. His practice often brings him to represent his clients’ interests before Quebec’s civil tribunals, both in English and French.

Twice graduated from the University of Ottawa’s Law Faculty, Emile has kept, since his days as a student, a particular interest for complex legal research.

He advocates a reasoned approach to his files and seeks, above all else, efficient and complete solutions to his clients’ disputes.
