Me Émilie Duquette practices mainly in civil and commercial litigation, construction law, insurance law, as well as civil and professional liability.

During her university career, Me Duquette became involved with community organizations, particularly in the area of ​​labor law. She also completed an internship with the judiciary of the Administrative Labor Tribunal. It was during a student job in litigation for a large construction company that she developed an increased interest in the field of construction law. She therefore completed her internship at the Barreau du Québec in a boutique firm specializing in construction law, before starting her practice with the same firm.

She has since practiced in the fields of construction, real estate law, contract law and civil and professional liability. In her practice, she adopts a proactive and personalized approach to representing her client's interests before the various judicial authorities.
