Julien Soucy-Besner completed his Bar internship with Gilbert Simard Tremblay in 2021, He was admitted to the Barreau du Québec the same year. Since then, he practiced with the firm and practices in civil litigation, in particular in insurance law, in construction, as well as in civil and professional liability. In insurance, he works both in defense to defend the interests of policyholders, and as a plaintiff in the context of subrogatory recourses for the benefit of various insurers or in the context of the recovery of unpaid debts or in claims for damages. In construction, he manages cases of different sizes and represents both professionals, contractors, owners, companies and individuals. He drafts legal proceedings and opinions, in addition to pleading before the civil courts of Quebec. He is also frequently called upon to assist experienced lawyers in major cases.
